Baby Outing & Caregiver Handover Planner

A simpler way to get out the door. Plan the journey, tick your bag essentials and leave clear notes for the person caring for baby.

Use this free planner for a short outing, a family visit or a caregiver handover in Singapore. Adapt it to your baby's usual routine and the supplies you already use.

Your entries stay in this page and are not saved to a BabyGoMarche account. Print or save a PDF before leaving. Text boxes scroll on screen; keep notes brief so they fit on the printed sheet.

1. Plan the trip
2. Pack what you use
3. Share the handover
Emergency in Singapore: call 995 for a life-threatening emergency such as loss of consciousness, seizures or breathlessness. Give the exact location, briefly describe the signs and follow the call taker's instructions. For non-emergency concerns, contact the parent and the child's clinic.

Print or save a PDF before clearing. Clear this planner removes all dates, notes and checklist ticks.

Before leaving home

  • Check the journey: look up the destination's current opening hours, entrance and transport access. Leave room for stops instead of planning a tightly packed itinerary.
  • Check the facilities: if you need a nursing room or changing area, confirm it with the venue. A directory listing does not guarantee that every facility is available.
  • Plan for a change of plans: choose an indoor alternative and agree who will carry the bag, handle transport and contact the other caregiver.
  • Pack for your routine: use the feeding and care instructions you already follow. This planner does not calculate feeding amounts, storage times or medication doses.

Make the handover useful

Describe what happened rather than guessing what it means: the time of the last feed, when a nappy was changed and anything you want the next caregiver to notice. Confirm the return time, exact location and how to reach each other. Walk through allergies and written medical instructions aloud. Keep prescribed medicine in its original labelled packaging and follow the clinician's directions.

General information only: this planner does not provide medical advice, diagnose symptoms or replace your child's healthcare professional.
